Aladdin: The Return of Jafar is an unlicensed hack of the Japanese version of Astyanax for the NES. It's an action-platform game.
Overview[]
Rosh/Astyanax, Cutie, Rosebud, and Blackhorn are replaced by Aladdin, the Genie, Jasmine, and Jafar, respectively. This hack is also plagued with graphical glitches that are sometimes nearly game-breaking. In Stage 2-2 and other vertical scrolling areas, due to the platforms glitching out as they scroll down, the lower half of the screen (as tested in the Mesen emulator) is incomprehensible.
