Avatar is an unlicensed hack of Jim Power: The Arcade Game for the Mega Drive.
It was presumably made by BMB and published by KDS to tie in with the eponymous movie by James Cameron. A new title screen is added, the title is removed at the existing title screen and the player character is recolored to look more like a Na'vi.
