Overview[]

The game is a simplistic clone of Pang/Buster Bros. The unnamed human protagonist has to use the "Holy Gun" to shoot large bubbles known as "Devil Balloons" that spawns above him and bounce on the ground. If hit, the devil balloon will burst into smaller devil balloons which will act similarly and also have to be shot down until no more bubbles are on the playfield. The player must accomplish time before the bubbles stop bouncing at a fair height, as unlike Pang, the bubbles start to bounce lower and lower until they are moving at the floor, making it impossible to destroy them. If the bubbles hit you midair or on the ground, you fly up from the screen (possibly the way devil balloons are meant to take people) and lose a life. The game advertises itself to have 50 stages, when the game actually only has a total of 10. Which are repeated with a different background.

Trivia[]

  • Both releases of the game on the Asder 20-in-1 and Asder PC-95 (and pirated releases of it's version) feature a "finished" version of the game's soundtrack
  • A documented invoice (refer to the gallery below) indicates that the game was commercially available, or at least orderable, by mid December 1990.
