This is a port of ''Earthworm Jim 2'' for the Genesis. There are five levels, based on ''Anything but Tangerines'', ''Inflated Head'', ''Villi People'', ''The Flyin' King'' and ''Udderly Ubducted''. The ''Puppy Love'' sub-levels are also included in this port. These levels are ported faithfully from the original. However, the gun ability is missing, forcing the player to only use the whip. The graphics and music are taken from the original game and simplified. However, there are several graphical glitches. Like many other of Super Game's products, this game has no ending; after the player defeats the seventh level, the game merely resets.
