Fuzhou Waixing Computer Science & Technology Co.,LTD is a Chinese company known for making NES pirates and other electronics. Their games are notorious for their usual poor quality (bad music and poor programming).
They also tend to release games as their game, even though it is just a Chinese translation of the game (for example, Fire Emblem). Waixing is also the parent company of Subor, a reasonably prolific manufacturer of Famicom clones.[1]
