The GB 254-in-1 is a multicart for the Game Boy on a Game Boy cart. There are 16 games contained on this cartridge.

Interesting Notes
This Cartridge contains a 29F1610 ROM Chip with is a 16Mbit RAM IC.
It also has a placement for a 3v Battery Backup for saves, however lacks the hardware power switcher to use a battery if one was attached.
The pins Q3 and Q10 are bridged and are I/O Pins
