This is a list of known Game USA Multicarts. It is by no means complete and there are still a lot of multicarts missing that are documented elsewhere on the internet. For the lists of games italicized titles mean that we can confirm the actual game on the multicart while titles in standard text mean that we merely know the menu title of the game while the actual game could be different. This is especially true for hacks or unlicensed games where the menu title is trying to pass it off as something else.
Game USA Color[]
UC-2W02[1][]

This multicart is notable for only containing both versions of Pokémon Diamond and Jade and refraining from using the Game USA branding on the cartridge. It was probably released around the year 2000.
UC-6W01[]
This multicart likely is from around 1999 as it features poor English translations of the then latest Pokémon games. It contains 6 games just like the cart claims.
- Pokémon Gold (Japanese version poorly translated into English)
- Pokémon Silver (Japanese version poorly translation into English)
- Pokémon Red
- Pokémon Blue
- Final Fantasy Legend 3
- International Super Star Soccer
UC-12B01[]

This multicart uses the tagline "Super Mario Party" and claims to have 12 games. Most of the games shown use art from official Mario games. One of the games on the box uses the box art from the Super Mario World bootleg on the Mega Drive/Genesis. The game list for this multicart is currently unknown.
UC-18W01[2][]

This cartridge only contains 13 games instead of 18 though the actual games are unknown as only the menu list has been documented. It was released in late 2000 or early 2001 due to its use of assets of Pokémon Crystal.
- Pokemon Crystal
- Crystal Quest
- Penguin Land
- Tetris
- Serpentide
- Heiankyo Alien
- Missile Command
- Burai Fighter
- Rockman World 2
- Rockman World
- Megaman Xtreme
- Bugs Bunny
- NFL Blitz
UC-22W01[]

This multicart contains 22 games as advertised, the most interesting of which being two bootleg Mario hacks and two poor translations of Pokémon games. It might've been released in late 2000 or early 2001.
- Pocket Monsters Crystal Version
- Pokémon Green (bootleg translation into English)
- Super Mario World 7
- Super Mario 4
- Super Mario Land
- Mario & Yoshi
- Dr. Mario
- Poke Mission 97 (homebrew game)
- Battle City
- Asteroids
- Bomb Jack
- Daedalian Opus
- Tesserae
- Cool Ball
- Flipull
- Spot
- Shanghai
- Heiankyo Alien
- Centipede
- Othello
- Q Billion
- Pipe Dream
UC-30C02[]

This multicart claims to have 30 games but in reality it has 12 games, the rest being repeats. It features Pokémon Green, Pokémon Adventure, and and unfinished homebrew port of Megamania. That means the multicart must've been released some time after 2000.
- Pokémon Green
- Pokémon Adventure
- Tarzan
- Roadsters 98
- Sokoban 2
- Megamania
- Centipede
- Dropzone
- Kwirk
- Serpent (Listed as DMG-KMJ)
- Missile Command
- Crystal Quest
UC-32A12[3][]

This multicart was both released under the Game USA Color and the Game USA Color Advance label in various shell colors. Both versions claim to have 32 games but they only contain 12 in the menu[4], of which some may be repeats due to the suspiciously similar names.
- Contra Alien War
- Simpsons 3
- Wheel of Fortun
- Dr Mario
- Flipull
- Heiankyo Alien
- Metal Slug X
- Mega Mania
- MTV Action
- Lucky Rotate
- Virus Wars
- Magic Bolck
UC-120H05[5][]

This multicart boasts about having a whopping 120 games while it actually only contains 15. It was probably released in 1999 from comparing it to other Game USA multicarts of that era. The actual games included are unknown but one can make guesses from the menu list.
- Monster Truck
- DMGase (probably Asmik-kun World (Japanese)[6])
- Boxing
- Gex
- Pokemon Yellow
- Pokemon Blue
- Pokemon Red
- King of Fighters 97
- Spudsman
- Miner2049er
- USBattler
- Tennis
- SidePocket
- Afterblast
- Spiderman
UC-128B01[7][]

This multicart claims to have 128 games. It may have been released as early as the year 2000 as the cart label uses the US box art for the Game Boy Color game Dragon Dance, which came out in that year. The cart label also uses box art from the Pocket Monsters Go! Go! release of Monster Go! Go! Go!!, which the multicart may actually include based on the menu. Only the first 10 of the 128 games are currently known:
- "POKEMON GOGOGO"/口袋怪獸GOGO
- Dragon Dance
- Burai Fighter
- Power Race
- Asteroids
- Bomb Jack
- Boxxle
- Crystal Quest
- Missile Command
- NFL Football
Game USA Color Advance[]
UC-28H01[8][]

As advertised, this multicart has 28 unique games on it. The first four games are Game Boy Color games, while the remaining 24 games are monochrome Game Boy games. This multicart was released in 2001 at the earliest based on the release date of some of the included Game Boy Color games.
- The Powerpuff Girls: Bad Mojo Jojo (PPGBLOSSOM)
- The Powerpuff Girls: Paint the Townsville Green (PPGBUTRCUP)
- The Powerpuff Girls: Battle Him (PPGBUBBLES)
- Return of the Ninja (Return of Ninja)

- Asteroids
- Boxxle
- Boxxle 2

- Kwirk (North American version)
- Motocross Maniacs
- NFL Football
UC-32A01[9][]

Despite being advertised as a 32 in 1 multicart, it only contains 6 games which are repeated twice in the menu. It was probably made between 2001 and 2002, that being the time the Game USA Color Advance label was predominantly used. While the actual games aren't known, it can be assumed they're the same as listed in the menu.
- Aladdin
- Tarzan
- Castelian
- Bomb Jack
- Dr. Mario
- World Bowling
UC-32A02[10][]

This multicart was likely sold during 2001 and 2002 since it's a Game USA Color Advance multicart. It only contains 6 games despite the 32 claimed on the cover, the most interesting of which is probably Super Mario 4 with the others not being of much note.
- Mortal Kombat
- Super Mario 4
- Dr. Mario
- Flipull
- Asteroids
- Boxxle
UC-32A04[11][]

Strangely, this multicart advertises itself as an 82 in 1 cartridge in contrast to the other releases under similar IDs. It only contains 6 games however, with them being listed twice in the menu under slightly altered names. The only notable game is Super Mario 4, a pirate hack of Crayon Shin-chan 4.
- Super Mario 4
- Wario Blast
- Tetris
- Crystal Quest
- Dr. Mario
- Spot

UC-32A06[12][]
This multicart was released roughly in 2001 or 2002 since that is when Game USA Color Advance multicarts were mostly produced. It only contains 8 games while claiming to have 32. At least 12 games are listed in the menu with the repeats listed under alternate names. The games are known past their menu title.
- Tarzan: Lord of the Jungle
- Super Mario 4
- Bugs Bunny
- Ms. Pacman
- Dr. Mario
- World Bowling
- Flipull
- Flappy
UC-32A10[13][]

This multicart claims to have 32 games. It may have been released in 2001 as one of the games listed in the menu is "2001 Dr. Mario", but it also may have been released as early as the year 2000 as the cart label features the box art for the Game Boy Color game Walt Disney's The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Wild Adventure. The cart label and menu feature the titles "Chase H.Q" and "Funny Chase HQ". The game that the latter is supposed to be is currently unknown. Only the first 12 games out of the 32 in total are currently known.
- Spider-Man 3
- Jungle Book
- Chase HQ
- Bugs Bunny
- Dr. Mario
- "Motocross Maniac"
- Play Spider Man
- "Super Jungle Boo"
- Funny Chase HQ
- Top Bugs Bunny
- 2001 Dr. Mario
- Best Bike
UC-32A12[4][]

This multicart had previously been released under the Game USA Color label as well with the same ROM on the cartridge. It claims to contain 32 games, however, there is only 12 games listed in the menu with some of them potentially being repeats of each other.
- Contra Alien War
- Simpsons 3
- Wheel of Fortun
- Dr Mario
- Flipull
- Heiankyo Alien
- Metal Slug X
- Mega Mania
- MTV Action
- Lucky Rotate
- Virus Wars
- Magic Bolck
UC-32A14[14][]

This cart also boasts about having 32 games, however, the games list and the actual number of games are unknown. Comparing it to similar multicarts, it is likely that it only contains either 6 or 8 games contrary to the label.

UC-32A18[15][]
This multicart claims to contain 32 games on the label, however, it is unknown whether that figure is accurate and what the list of games actually looks like. Going off other carts with a similar ID and that share the same ROM size, denoted by the letter A in the ID, it's plausible there are only about 8 games on the multicart.
UC-32A21[]

Although the cartridge label claims this multicart contains 32 games, it really only has 6 that are repeated several times in the menu.[16] There isn't any notable games on this particular release as 3 games appear to be Disney titles with the other 3 being smaller puzzle games judging by the menu list.
- Tarzan
- Jungle Book
- Flinstone
- Tetris
- Pop Up
- Dr. Mario
UC-32A29[]

This cart also claims to contain 32 games yet it only actually has 6.[17] The games list shows 32 games though all games past the first 6 are just repeats of them under various different names. It's notable that Game & Watch Gallery is unplayable due to the game having a mangled menu that crashes the game if you select anything.
- Game & Watch Gallery
- The Little Mermaid
- Crystal Quest
- Space Invaders
- Battle City
- Dr. Mario
UC-32A50[3][]

The multicart boasts about including 32 games, however, it is likely that it only actually contains 6, much like the rest of similar Game USA multicarts. Judging by the cartridge label, it seems to contain much of the same games as the other 32 in one carts, like Dr. Mario and Battle City.
UC-59H01[18][]

This multicart claims to contain 59 games which seems valid by the games list. While the actual games past the menu names aren't known, it can be assumed that it contains Super Mario 4 as the only unique pirate game with the other titles being mostly smaller games.
- Yu-Gi-Ou DS
- E.T Escape
- Monster War
- Inspector Gardat
- Mario 4
- Spider Man
- Duck Tales
- Ms. Pac Man
- Side Pocket
- Dr. Mario

UC-78H01[]

There are only 69 unique games on this cartridge despite the 78 claimed on the label. The duplicate games are present in different languages, English and Japanese, however this was likely by mistake of the developer. The multicart was probably released in 2001.
- Harvest Moon 3

Game USA Advance[]
AU-108K01[]
