The Gamer 36-in-1 is a Plug'n Play famiclone released by Hengsheng sometime in the early 2000s or possibly 2010s. Like many Plug'n Plays similar to it, the system features mostly just Inventor hacks with a few Nice Code games as well. There is known to be two sets, which only differ from the menu and half of the games are other hacks.
Overview[]
The system itself resembles a PS2 controller and comes in either red, yellow, or black. The back of the box lists that there are two sets of games. The one that your system has is likely determined by the color you have. It's only known that the red one features Set A. The system's box is very similar to other Plug'n Plays sold in western territories, though it's only confirmed to of had been sold on AliExpress.

As mentioned before, the system has two sets of games which depend on the color that you get. The first set features an animated helicopter on the title screen and a menu very similar to the Game Prince RS-1. The second set features a house and an animated butterfly, with a menu that uses graphics from Underground Mission.
