The game is known to feature four characters from The King of Fighters series as playable characters: Kyo, Iori, Chizuru, Chin and featuring Street Fighter II: The World Warrior characters as enemies.

The game runs on hardware similar to Sega System C-2 or Sega Mega Drive, which also re-use, as many Sega Mega Drive bootleg games, the High Seas Havoc sound engine. It has the same possibility of being developed by the makers of Puckman Pockimon, Genie.
