Captain Pronin: One vs Everyone is an unlicensed PS1 game made by IDDK. Originally it was a official PC game, based on a Russian cartoon "Captain Pronin", but then developers ported it on PS1, without Sony's permission. Russian title: "Капитан Пронин: Один против всех". Made in 1997.
