It was reportedly published by a company known as Panyu Gaming Electronic Co., and is known to have been sold by vendors as both a pro-and anti-American title (likely due to its generic nature).
The gameplay is bootlegged from Casio's CG-330 Submarine Battle handheld from 1985; using a similar version to what would later be released as "Submarine Invasion" on the POP Station handhelds, among various other LCD game models.
