Lion King is a hack of Chiki Chiki Machine Mou Race (Wacky Races) for the Famicom. It was published in 1995 by J.Y. Company.

Other than changing the title screen, the game changes Muttley to Simba instead. (However, on the title screen Muttley can still be seen riding with Dick Dasterdly.)
