This is a list of MSX games converted to SG-1000 and Master System. Most of these were made around the mid-to-late 80s and early 90s, (Aaronix and Way-Up Corp. for the SG-1000 and Clover, Hi-Com, Prosoft, Samsung, and Zemina for the SMS.) Almost all of these conversions feature the copyright removed or replaced with the company who made the conversion. A good amount of conversions released for the SMS are conversions of Zemina/Clover/Prosoft's games.
Some conversions made for the SG-1000 require the 8kB RAM Adapter and use a 16kB header for more advanced MSX games. These can be manipulated into running other MSX games. Conversions for the Master System use the "Legacy Video" feature of the system to run, which leads to incorrect colors. Another problem that both systems share is "Beeping" where due to the MSX and SG/SMS using different sound chips, the music and sound effects can suffer from corruption. Most compilations for the Master System (mostly ones from South Korea) use conversions, such as Super Game and other miscellaneous compilations.

Notable Conversions[]
128 Hap[]

Menu
A compilation of various pirated MSX games released sometime around the early 90s by Zemina. The only compilation to be ported to the Master System. Even though the compilation only features 16-32kB MSX games, it is still a total of 8Mb in size. Notably the Konami series of sports games are all now "Fantasy" (Sport).
2 Hap in 1[]

Menu
A compilation released by Samsung and developed by Hwaseong featuring Treasure of the Moai by Casio and David-II by Ample Software. It is notably for being one of the only conversions credited to Hwaseong. The only other conversion credited to them is MSX Soccer, which features a splash screen just like this collection.
Aaronix Conversions[]
These are some of the very first conversions of MSX games to Sega Systems, only being predated by the ones that Sega themselves have made. These are almost exclusively conversions of Konami games, with the only exceptions being the two games made for their version of the 8kB RAM Adapter. (Magical Kid Wiz and The Castle). Unlike Way-Up's 8kB conversions, these two games heavily suffer from lots of "Beeping" (Or in this case, more accurately sound corruption).

Arcade Version
Super Game[]
These are a series of compilations for the Master System that mainly feature SG-1000 games and converted MSX games. These compilations also feature a few My Card/Sega Card games such as Teddy Boy Blues and Transbot/Astro Flash. There also exists a version made for arcade machine, which properly features 128kB games.
More info can be found on the page for Super Game.
Super Game World[]

Menu
Another series of multicarts, which were all originally made by Screen Software and converted to the Master System. The only difference between these and their original MSX versions is the fact that the middle bar now says "GAMBOY (Number of games)". An entry is also known to exclusively exist for the Master System known as Gamboy 30. Which features an entirely different menu
Super Multi Game[]

Menu
This is another multicart, though this one only features a 125 and a 75 version. Unlike Super Game, these feature a much more simplistic menu. They do feature a lot more games than Super Game (Albeit, all of them are MSX titles). It even features Penguin Adventure and Nemesis/Gradius, which are 128kB titles.
Way-Up conversions[]
All of these conversions are for the SG-1000 and require the 8kB RAM Adapter to work. Most of these are conversions of games by Konami and often suffer from "Beeping". Some games released by them, were also released by Aaronix. Way-Up's versions usually have a splash screen with the company's logo, and either "DahJee", "Jumbo", or "Way-Up" below it. The latter is only known to exist in an undumped conversion of either Antarctic Adventure or Penguin Adventure.
A list of these can be found on the page for the 8kB RAM Adapter.
Zemina "Best"[]

Best 88 Menu
Another series of multicarts which feature a large amount of pirated games. Most of these are usually 25 or more, but a 4-in-1 version also exists. Most of the games on these carts are MSX games, but they do contain Sega Card/My Card titles as well. Including Super Arkanoid by Hi-Com, a hack of Woody Pop with the title screen changed and standard controls. Three releases were made, Best 25, Best 39 and Best 88. The last one contains everything from the first two, though a standard release of Best 39 isn't known to exist.
Zemina Conversions[]
Zemina, just like other Korean companies and Aaronix and DahJee/Jumbo. Made a series of conversions, though these are notable for being conversions of 128kB games. Only five conversions are known to exist, Nemesis, Nemesis 2, Penguin Adventure,F-1 Spirit and supposedly, Parodius. Both Nemesis 2 and F-1 Spirit don't feature SCC. Also Nemesis 2 specifically has the Penta cheat set on default. All games also feature their continue cheat as well.
