The PS-Kid is a Famiclone game console that resembles the PlayStation and is part of the PolyStation line of bootleg game consoles. Its controller consists of a D-Pad, 3 blue buttons, 3 yellow buttons, and 2 yellow select and start buttons, it also features a light gun called the Panther. The console also features a Famicom cartridge slot that comes with 100000000-in-1 cartridge but it just repeats games from previous pages/selection screens. It's unknown when this console was produced. The games featured on the console are standard NES/Famicom games, original unlicensed games, poorly made ports of other games, and ROM hacks. The console's box claims to be a "Cool, Friendly console for smart children" among other false claims about the console's capabilities. The console seems to have been also distributed in mainly Southern Europe as evident by the Greek, Bulgarian, and Romanian text on some of the packaging. These versions of the console come with a 16-in-1 cartridge. This hints that Cheertech was possibly behind this particular Famiclone as their consoles such as the PX-3600 were also released in Southern Europe with the same multilingual packaging.
