Pokémon Emerald and Pokémon Crystal are bootleg ports of Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver that were developed by Shenzhen Jncota Technology Co., Ltd. and published by KT.

Overview

Gameplay.

Compared to the original, this game uses the maps and storyline from the original games. However, all the Pokémon in the game come from Pokémon Platinum, a game that Shenzhen Jncota Technology has also ported to the NES. This means the starters you receive are also from the Generation 4, meaning you'll get to choose between Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup. The music, however, comes from the Generation 3 (Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald) but done on Konami's sound engine.
