This is a pirated bootleg of Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver.
Overview
Both versions are, of course, slightly different from each other. For example, Soul Silver's the weather is cold. In Heart Gold, the weather is sunny. Even though it's based off of the Heart Gold/Soul Silver games, your character is the one from Pokemon Platinum. The professor is Prof. Rowan instead of Prof. Elm, showing similarity to Pokemon Platinum as well.
