Ruanxin Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 福州软鑫电子技术研究有限公司) was a company located in Fuzhou, China that developed unlicensed Game Boy Color games. The company was established on May 12, 2000, and it was primarily comprised of staff from Chinese game company Waixing.[1] Ruanxin's games are known to have been published by Hitek.
Terrifying 9.11 (2001 or 2002) - An infamous port of the original Metal Slug game themed after the September 11, 2001 attacks. Released by Hitek in Chinese and English. Graphics for an unused Metal Slug title screen in the ROM of the English version credit Ruanxin as "Ruanxin Co, Ltd". A version of this game was released by Li Cheng in mainland China as 特種部隊 2 基地. Original Chinese version from Hitek is currently undumped.
Chinese Tycoon (中國大亨) (????) - Named 亞洲大亨 and Asia Magnate on the title screen. Published by Hitek. Uses the Link's Awakening sound driver. Released by Li Cheng in mainland China as Chao Ji Da Fu Weng II (超级大富翁II). All known versions are currently undumped.
Shui Hu Zhuan Zhi Qun Mo Feng Yun Lu (水滸傳之群魔風雲錄) (????) - Port of Chuanpu Technology's Sega Mega Drive RPG Shui Hu Zhuan. A version of this game was released by Li Cheng in mainland China as Shuihu Zhuan - Jingdian Ban (水浒传-经典版).

Pyramid Creator (魔術金字塔) (2000) - Published by Hitek. While some aspects of the game connect it to Ruanxin (i.e., the use of the Link's Awakening sound driver and credits listing staff who worked for both Waixing and Ruanxin), it is unknown if the game was produced under them. The game features a splash screen exclusively featuring the text "The New Game" - it is unknown if this is supposed to be the name of the developer.

The chairman of Ruanxin, Gening Zheng (郑格宁), would later serve as a director of JungleTac's in-house development branch in Fuzhou, China.[2] Additionally, Ren Yongming is known to have worked at JungleTac's Fuzhou branch as a composer.
