Super Bros. 17: Fighting of the Mali Lugi is a hack of the Famicom title Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers (Japanese version).

Luigi (as Lugi)'s gameplay.
The title screen was updated to match with the Mario theme. Chip and Dale were replaced with Mario and Luigi, and two enemies were changed to Yoshi and Bowser. The graphics were taken from Super Mario Bros. 3 and Yoshi's Cookie.
