Trivia[]

  • Two of the characters, Cio and Dina, are from a previous Vast Fame fighter called Queen Fighter 2000. It's unknown if the other Queen Fighter characters were planned to be brought over or not.
  • Most Original Characters (Ex: Charles who is meant to be K') has some minor edits to their moves which is different from their official Neo Geo counterparts.
  • The characters appear to most closely resemble their sprites in "Real Bout Special" for the Gameboy. Ex: "Martin" uses Iori's sprite.
  • Iori Yagami "Maritin" is able to preform 311 Shiki: Sou Kushi (which was not present in the offical KOF gameboy games neither Super Fighter S or Queen Fighter 2000) by doing quarter circle foward+ A.
  • Most Stages are original (mostly based on KOF 97, 98, 99, Garou Mark of the wolves) but some of them are brought over from the previous Super Fighter game and Queen Fighter 2000.
  • The music in this game is original, but is played back using the Mega Man V sound engine. Some tracks are recycled from Queen Fighter 2000, another fighting game by Vast Fame. Some of this game's music would later be reused in Vast Fame's GBA game Zook Man ZX4 (also known as Rockman & Crystal), as well as Sintax's Digmon Adventure GBA game and its numerous variants.
  • Some music are left over from Queen Fighter 2000 such as the title theme. which can be heard in the sound test menu.
