The Supervision 16-in-1 is a pirated multicart for the NES made by Supervision.[1]

This multicart is somewhat notable for its roster of games, all of which are in the UNROM format (because of this, all of the games are 128kb in size). The menu music is taken from Ninja Hattori-Kun.

Unused content
There is a large amount of unused content in the menu portion of the ROM, including:
Both Supervision 16 in 1 and Kaiser 15 in 1
- A credit reading "1987.5.7 BY L.J.L"
- Chunks of possible source code
- The game list from the Kaiser 15-in-1 version of the cart, with two differences - "Pinball" instead of "Pin Ball" and "Ma Chiang" instead of "Sky Destroyer". The names actually used in the menu appear further down, with the credit and source code, as if they were patched in later. This remains in the Supervision 16-in-1 version, indicating it came after the Kaiser cart.
Supervision 16 in 1 only
- Graphics seemingly allowing for a large header reading "Super x in 1", x being some combination of the numbers 1, 2, 4 and 8 (not present in the Kaiser version)
